Diary of a Yorkshire Lass was born from a need to outlet my creativity.  I had a kidney transplant in 2017 which meant I had to leave my traditional 9-5 inhouse career as a visual content creator for a print company that I had been working for part time.

Trying to fit back into a traditional work environment has taken me on a journey into personal brand development in a bid to advertise my skills in this ever changing digital world.

Knowing how to pivot to given expectations is a key component of modern living and sitting on your laurels and hoping your hundreds of job applications bear fruit is not really an option anymore.  If you want to be someone and do something you have to put yourself out there.
